The website is static. The application includes no analytics, advertising trackers, accounts or third-party embeds. Fonts, brand assets and event photographs are served locally. No marketing cookies are set by the application.
The inquiry form
The inquiry form is disabled and has no submission endpoint, delivery service or inquiry database. It cannot accept or send information. Do not share personal health reports or employee medical details through a future general inquiry form.
Hosting and technical information
No production hosting service has been configured for this build. A chosen host may process technical request data, including IP addresses and browser details. Its actual processing, location and retention arrangements must be reviewed and described before public launch.
Before inquiries are enabled
Tsukuru must confirm the legal operator, privacy contact, processing purposes and applicable legal basis, service providers, retention periods, relevant transfers and how people can exercise their rights. This notice must match the actual delivery service before information is collected.
Participant information
Any individual assessment or programme health information requires a separate, agreed private process. This website does not provide a participant assessment portal or a route to upload medical records.
